Originally introduced as a basketball shoe in 1990, the K-Swiss SI 18 Bristel is back with a low-profile silhouette and cool design features. The upper is suede and synthetic leather, and is complemented by the signature five stripes, SI-18 cushioning and an Aösta® rubber outsole.
