Nike Zoom Rival S IV - Men's
The Nike Zoom Rival S IV is an entry-level sprint spike designed for the high school athlete competing at 100-400 meters. Light synthetic upper with forefoot power strap to allow the athlete to get maximum performance out of the spike plate. Thin EVA wedge midsole. Full-length solid rubber outsole with seven removable spikes encased in a nylon plate for optimal traction on many surfaces. Wt. 6.8 oz. Women can wear men's shoes by converting their size to men's by subtracting 1.5 from their numeric size. For example, if you are a size 8 in women's, you would wear a 6.5 in men's sizes.

Pros: lightweight, comfortable
This is a good standard shoe, not for pro competitors but very good for students, beginners and intermediates. It's fast, light but no protected... Finally it's fast but I prefer to use it during training and to use other shoes for important competitions

I like Nike Rival, they're great
