I originally purchased the UR Leads in the mid-top style. They felt great around the foot and moved very well on carpet and wood floors for dancing and zumba moves. However, the mid-top style was too restricting around the ankle and gave me considerable knee pain, that I had not had before. After consulting with my instructor, I purchased the regular UR Lead shoe and have had no problems since then. The colors are fun, they look cool and they are great shoes to move in. I normally wear a size 10, but when I wear enclosed shoes, like sneakers, I order them a size larger. This strategy worked well for both pairs as they were not too tight with socks on. If you are interested in the mid-tops, I would suggest not using the upper velcro straps, unless you really need the ankle support. Now they are just really colorful grocery shopping shoes for me!
Pros: good traction, lightweight, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
