I USE THIS SHOE FOR INSANITY WORKOUT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME HOLD MY FEET VERY WELL FOR ALL OF THE JUMPING THAT IS INVOLVED WITH THE WORKOUT!
Pros: good traction, lightweight, high performance, runs true to size, good arch support, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable

This product is primarily used/worn for:training/going to the gym
they're really comfortable and have great lateral support. the size however runs a little bigger than what is expected. I suggest getting a size half an inch smaller.
Pros: good traction, comfortable, good cushioning
Cons: runs large
