This is my 2nd pair of free haven 3.0s. It forces your foot to stay true to form while running or lifting free weights. This is the most amazing training shoe I've ever owned and the colors pop more than I expected.
Pros: good traction, high performance, lightweight

They take some time to fit to your feet but I love how they fit and the style of the shoe
Pros: good traction, lightweight, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
