The Nike Free Zilla Trainer training shoe features a dynamic inner sleeve that keeps the foot snug while the dual pull webbing wraps the foot and keeps it centered on the footbed. Natural motion Nike Free flex technology combined with a two foam system. Cushlon ST provides the comfort, while Phylon™ keeps the platform stable. Solid rubber pods with delta nodes in just the right places to give optimal traction. Solid rubber flex outsole. Wt. 11.4 oz.

I bought the Nike Free Xillas a while ago and
have been working out in them ever since. While on the treadmill
I can really open it up. It feels like I have no shoes on.
The Frees are very flexible and light. I bought 9 pairs of them in different colors.

Good shoe for work but not for casual wear and the cushioning is not great.... Im a delivery driver so i take a beatin on my feet and this shoe works well soo far...
Pros: good traction, lightweight, comfortable, breathable
Cons: poor arch support, poor cushioning

they run a bit small so better if you get a bigger shoe size, beside that there great they say there a bit tight but you get use to them
Pros: lightweight, good arch support, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
