the shoes fit really well and they are comfortable. As soon as i started walking I could feel my muscles twitching. i did cardio for an hour and by the end everything ached but I know it will be worth it.
I thought my legs were toned now I'm not so sure. Excellent shoes.

This product is primarily used/worn for:training/going to the gym
I bought these about a month ago. I felt the difference the very first time I wore these!!! I go for walks on my break at work. There is a slight incline at the very end of my walk. BOY! I sure could feel it in my calves and hiney. I feel a huge difference when I walk up 5 flights of stairs. Whew! Now that is a GREAT workout with these new shoes... I never felt that with my regular tennis shoes.
I also wear these at home, going shopping, etc. They are so comfortable that I don't want to take them off :)
These are wonderful because they do what they say they are supposed to do!

I bought those shoes 2 weaks ago and I can fell the difference in my legs. Very confortable and I love then.
Pros: good arch support, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
