Pros: good cushioning, comfortable, lightweight, good lateral support
I admit to being a fussy athletic shoe consumer, but I have nothing but great things to say about these trainers. I am a fitness instructor and have tried more shoe gear than I'd like to admit in an attempt to find a lightweight trainer that supports my feet in high intensity group fitness classes. These are everything I need, thank you!
